ISO Certification Application Process

Obtaining ISO Certification is a strategic step for any organization aiming to enhance its quality, efficiency, and credibility. RCPL simplify the entire ISO certification journey through a transparent, efficient, and client-friendly application process. Our goal is to help you achieve international standards compliance with minimal disruption and maximum value.

Step 1: Application Submission

The process begins when your organization submits an application for ISO certification. This includes providing essential details about your business such as company size, nature of operations, number of employees, and the specific ISO standard you wish to achieve (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 etc.). Based on this information, we prepare a customized quotation and certification proposal tailored to your organization’s needs.

Step 2: Application Review

Once the application is received, our certification team reviews it to ensure all necessary details are complete. This step helps us understand your business processes and determine the scope of certification. If additional information is required, our representatives will contact you to clarify before proceeding further.

Step 3: Proposal Acceptance and Agreement

After the review, a formal proposal and certification agreement are shared. This includes details of the audit process, timelines, and applicable fees. Upon your acceptance of the proposal and signing of the agreement, the certification process officially begins.

Step 4: Stage 1 Audit (Documentation Review)

In this stage, our auditors conduct a preliminary review of your management system documentation. The aim is to verify that your policies, manuals, and procedures align with the requirements of the chosen ISO standard. The Stage 1 Audit helps identify any potential gaps or areas for improvement before the full assessment.

Step 5: Stage 2 Audit (On-site Assessment)

The Stage 2 Audit is the main evaluation of your management system in operation. Our auditors visit your premises to assess the implementation and effectiveness of your system. They interact with your team, review records, and observe processes to ensure compliance with ISO requirements. Any nonconformities identified are discussed with your management, and corrective actions are recommended.

Step 6: Certification Decision

After successful completion of both audit stages and verification of corrective actions (if any), the audit report is reviewed by the certification committee. If all requirements are met, your organization is awarded the ISO Certificate, valid for a three-year period subject to annual surveillance audits.

Step 7: Surveillance Audits

To maintain the validity of certification, surveillance audits are conducted annually. These ensure continued compliance and improvement of your management system. Our team supports you throughout this period to uphold the integrity of your certification.

Step 8: Recertification

Before the end of the three-year cycle, a recertification audit is performed to renew the ISO certification and confirm your continued commitment to excellence.

Conclusion:
RCPL believe ISO certification is more than a compliance requirement — it’s a pathway to continuous improvement and global recognition. Our experts guide you at every step, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and successful certification journey.
